API credentials can be retrieved from merchant dashboard using the following instructions. If you’re unable to log in, please refer to the guide on ‘Setting up the Merchant Dashboard’ for assistance.
After logging in, please follow below steps to access your live credentials –
- Merchant ID:
- Click on the Profile icon (top-right corner).
- Find and copy the Merchant ID under the Business Information section.
- API Key:
- Go to the left menu and click on Developers.
- Select Api Credentials from the dropdown.
- If there is no API Key, please create an API Key with your application or system or platform name.
- Find and copy the API Key from the table.
- Business Unit Code:
- From the left menu, go to Account & Settings.
- Select Business Unit from the dropdown.
- Find and copy the Code from the table.
- API BaseURL:
- Production : https://apis.boxpay.in/v0
- Sandbox: https://sandbox-apis.boxpay.tech/v0
