The Recon Manager in BoxPay Reconciliations acts as the central hub for managing all your reconciliation setups. It’s available in the sidebar menu and gives you a complete view and control over your reconciliation configurations.
What You’ll See in Recon Manager
When you open the Recon Manager page, you’ll find:
1. List of Configured Recons
- Displays all reconciliation processes that have already been configured for your account.
- Each recon entry shows its Recon Name, status, and key details.
- This makes it easy to quickly scan and understand what recons are currently active in your system.
2. AI-Based Recon Configuration Sessions
- Alongside the active recons, Recon Manager also lists any in-progress AI-based recon configuration sessions.
- This ensures you never lose track of where you left off when setting up a recon with the self-serve AI flow.
- You can pick up right from where you paused and complete the configuration.
3. Editing Configurations
- If a recon was set up via the self-serve AI-based configuration, you can edit its settings directly from the Recon Manager.
- This flexibility allows you to refine rules, update file sets, or tweak matching parameters as your business evolves.
- Configurations created manually (via BoxPay support for complex setups) remain view-only to ensure consistency and avoid accidental misconfigurations.
Actions You Can Take
From each recon entry in Recon Manager, you’ll find direct navigation options:
- 🔎 Go to Recon Dashboard – Quickly jump into the specific recon’s dashboard to view results, mismatches, and settlements.
- 📂 Upload Files – Navigate straight to the file upload screen to provide new data for reconciliation runs.
