BoxPay Checkout facilitate payment acceptance through the BoxPay hosted checkout page. The BoxPay hosted checkout page will automatically pre-fill the details you provide during checkout session creation, such as order details, email address and phone number.

The BoxPay hosted checkout page can be customised to align with your brand colours, payment methods and fulfil shopper data collection requirements. You can access all of these settings on the “Checkout” page from the sidebar.

Customising colours

The BoxPay checkout can be customized by adjusting the colors of the header, header text, and pay buttons under the “Branding” tab on “Checkout” page. You also have the flexibility to change the font of the text and the shape of the buttons. This offers you a variety of options to ensure that the BoxPay checkout seamlessly aligns with your brand.

Configuring payment category and methods

Payment methods are automatically made available on the BoxPay checkout based on the configured payment gateway settings. Nevertheless, you have the option to disable specific payment categories and methods under the “Payment Methods” tab on “Checkout” page, as demonstrated below.

Configuring shopper addresses

You can also configure whether you want shoppers to provide a delivery/shipping address and/or billing address on the checkout page. These settings are available in the “More Options” section under “Payment Methods” on the “Checkout” page.
