Create a payment link

Payment link allows you to receive funds from your customers without the need for API or code integration, utilising BoxPay’s hosted checkout page.

Before you begin, please ensure that you have registered and set up your account with BoxPay.

You can generate a BoxPay payment link using either of the following two methods:

You can generate a payment link from the Merchant dashboard by following the steps below:

Login to the Merchant Dashboard and navigate to the “Payment Links” page from the sidebar.
Click on the “Create Link” button in the top-right corner to access the payment link creation form.
Fill in all the required details and enter the target customer’s email address. Check the ‘Notify via Email’ option to automatically share the link.
You may also add a product if you want to generate link for a product. You can add a new product from “Products” page under “Settings” menu in the sidebar.
Similarly, you can also provide an “Order Id” if you want to attach an identifier to match payments through this payment link in your systems. It could also come handy in case of reconciliations.
Click the “Create Link” button, and a modal will appear with the generated link that you can copy and share with your customers or leads.
After clicking on “Done,” you will be redirected to the “Payment Links” page, where all your generated payment links are listed. You can also copy the links directly from this page.

This approach is more suitable for merchants who want to automate the generation of payment links through their existing systems or workflows.
